Let-off mechanism; Let off adopts Hunt mechanical let off mechanism and back adjusting device, which is made by our company, this device is also used on TP six hundred rapier loom and sini loom manufactured by our company to weave all kinds of fabric.
Reverse pick finding box: When pick finding, it picks finding drive is disengaged with the high speed shaft, the moment motor of the finding box drive the shedding, let off, take up and weft cutter to reverse, starting after take off the weft and can avoid the stop mark. After warp broken, it insert weft without pick one time and automatically reverse one pick, it also can avoid stop mark.
Motor and Electromagnetic clutch: This loom is run by close motor(used only for loom)driving the electromagnetic clutch on the high speed shaft, the gears of both ends of the high speed shaft drive the beating up, weft insertion and pick finding box, which drives the dobby and let off side shaft ,which drives let off, take up and cutter. it is good for starting that the electromagnetic clutch fixed on the high speed shaft.
Weft insertion: It adopts flexible ribbon, grippers meet in the center, and the ribbon motion is in the groove of the guider.
six link lever weft insertion mechanism: This six link lever weft mechanism is our company's patent mechanism. It is convenient to adjust the travel of the gripper; the time that the left and right gripper come in and go out of the cloth edge can be adjusted independently to adapt all kinds of fabric.
Electronic weft selector: These is color selection touching key on the panel of the electric box, which can change the color selection action for six colors. After warp stopping, it can insert weft without pick one time, pick finding box reversed one pick to avoid stop mark. Number of weft section can reach to four thousand.Maximum picks of each section is nine hundred ninty nine picks.
