Broken Weft Detecting Motion: The machines adopts piezocrystal electronic sensor, during the time of broken or missing weft, it is flexible in sensing with the machine stopped swiftly Meanwhile it may give signals promptly and the automatic pick finder makes the clofell return backwards.
Drive Device: It adopts electromagnetic clutch and brake to start and brake. Brake controls stop position according to weaving position of loom.
Warp Beam Let Off Device: Automatic outside let off device, with high precision, can insure constant warp tension and wide weft density during weaving .It is easy to install and maintain its drive parts are at the outside of machine.
Weft Insertion Motion: Adopting central connected flexible rapier, it can finish weft insertion motion accurately. Rapier wheel, rapier head, rapier ribbon are made of high strength anti abrasive material suitable for high speed rotation.
Color Selecting Device: Equipped with kinds of color selecting mechanism, it can perform single color weft mixing or six color weft selecting.
Shaft Motion: Cam controlled dobby shedding can ensure enough pauses. The maximum number of heddle is sixteen.
Take Up Motion: The device adopts cloth batching and continuous taking up form, the rolling up diameter may attain diameter four hundred fifty mm.
Dual roller Cloth rolling device: Self weighted spring pressure, big warp angle and winding force. With even tension, it can ensure steady batching take-up.
Single roller cloth rolling device: Self weighted pressure, simple in structure, winding force can be adjusted with cloth tension to finish small batching take up.
