INDUCTION SEALING MACHINE, PACKING MACHINE
The Induction Aluminum Foil Sealing Machine is a non-contact sealing operation. The bottles to be sealed are fed through a conveyor. When the bottles reach the electro-magnetic field, they will be magnetized through an electro-magnetic induction effect. The aluminum foil is quickly heated to the desired temperature. The content of the bottles is not induced by the electro magnetic field, but the heat seal film with aluminum foil attached on the cap ( such as FDA approved immperseal ) is induced by electro magnetic field. When the aluminum foil is heated by the induction coil, the heat is then transferred to the heat, seal film, which quickly reaches the melting point, and becomes an adhesive to bond the cap foil and bottle. |
