Lijia has developed a new generation of HVAF supersonic flame spraying system. Currently, it has 2 invention patents and 36 utility model patents in the field of thermal spraying equipment development. Its fuel requires only propane and compressed air, and it can be used with a variety of spray guns to accommodate spraying materials with different melting points, as well as peripheral auxiliary equipment.For example: spray room, manipulator, turntable fixture, dust removal system and other automatic production lines, in order to improve the processing efficiency and quality stability of products.

Features of the equipment: Full closed-loop automatic control system, touch screen operation, digital monitoring, imported control valves, process formula storage and call, multi-level login rights, secure interlock and peripheral interface.
Very low layer porosity: The spray gun coating has an extremely low porosity, typically between 0.1 and 0.3 percent
High deposition efficiency: Powder size: 5-30 m,15-45 m (HVOF mode)
Powder feeding efficiency: 0.26kg/h, deposition rate: over 50% (different materials)
Low use cost: The overall use cost is relatively low because of high deposition efficiency and high powder feed rate and low gas cost
