  Small automatic paint spraying line applicability: all kinds of hardware products, plastic toys, electronic products such as shells need to fuel the small and medium-sized products. Such as mobile phone shell, mobile power shell, lampshade, pen and so on<br />
The main functions of the small automatic spray line are as follows:<br />
First, the host fuel injection part: the host shape is rectangular, 3200 × 800 × 750 high. The length of the chain about 7 meters long, our small automatic spraying line&nbsp;can be made according to customer requirements with iron or stainless steel materials. The equipment fuel injection products workpiece size ≤ 150 × wide 150mm, height can be limited (according to customer specifications of the various specifications of the spray line). Second, the electric box control system for the small automatic spraying line is divided into two parts:<br />
1, hand-controlled electrical box; by the air switch, relay, time system and a variety of manual switch.<br />
2, digital control box; by the PLC, touch screen, air switch, relay and other components, the system control program input PLC and touch screen, all control are in the touch screen control, simple operation, easy to understand.<br />
Third, the fuel system part:<br />
Fuel supply system section. By the mold pump, small mixer, regulator valve and other components, so that the edge of the oil side of the mixing function to ensure that the fuel injection products will not appear color. The oil supply system is simple, easy to maintain daily, will not give customers unnecessary trouble.<br />
Fourth, the fuel-saving device part of two:<br />
1, photoelectric induction system; by the 12 photoelectric induction, magnetic absorption, relays, time system and other components, the control of the gun in the detection of a product flow through the spray when the paint, to achieve fuel-efficient features.<br />
