Characteristics and Purposes
NEW-0402 can provide excellent degassing effect when used in porous surface of cast iron , and has outstanding abrasion resistance and smoothness.
In paint or ink application, it is best to make with a small amount of concentrated slurry spare paint. When used in water-based paint or ink system, you should make a small amount of thick slurry by using resin emulsion and surfactant under sufficient shear conditions. Before putting it into production, dilute it gradually with de-ionized water to the desired concentration.
Content and Methods of Use
In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
Can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks by high speed stirring.
It can be added by using a variety of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing device, must pay attention to the temperature control
Can make wax slurry first, and add into the systems when needed, by which can reduce the dispersion time.
