  Brief introduction
Low-pressure foaming machine of two components is a kind of specialized equipment used for making various PU products. Its operation principle is as follows: A material (Isocyanate)and B material( Premixed polyols), in accordance with a certain blending ratio, are delivered into the mixing head to agitate sufficiently and injected into mould. Then the mixed material shall react and harden into shape, waiting for ripening and demoulding.
For sandwich type material bucket, it has good heat preservation.
The adoption of PLC touch screen human-computer interface control panel makes the machine easy to use and the operating situation of machines easy to see.
The adoption of new type mixing head makes the mixing even, the noise low and the machine sturdy and durable.
The imported pumps make the measurement accurate.
