Casting
Casting temperature: Suggest temperature: 960-1025C
Flasks temperature: Suggest temperature: 500-700C
Help-solvent: Suggest using borax as help-solvent,for casting by machine donot need it.
Set down casting temperature according to the identity of product, lower flasks temperature for layer product; higher flasks temperature for lighter product.

Water Cooling

Cleaning

It can using circulation, and suggest using old-alloy less than 50%; it should be reclaimed if the product has serious air hole or impurity problem.
