High Back Bungee Executive Chair(Made in China)

Introductions:

One of several different types of office chairs, a bungee chair is an ergonomically designed item of office equipment. The bungee chair is constructed from a frame with tensioned bungee cord straps or ropes fixed between the outer frame members. This construction style gives the chair a high level of spring and cushioning. The design of the chair with gaps between the rows of straps also increases airflow, making sitting for long periods of time considerably more comfortable than with standard office chairs. Raw materials and accessories:

1. Iron pipe: Imported from Taiwan. Thickened iron pipe(above 1.2mm). It's mechanical capacity, tensile strength, lateral and longitudinal elongation are tested by ISO 9001. Its flexibility is up to 180 degreed.

2. Extra strong bungee cord: It made of pure refined rubbers, which imported from Malaysia. The rubbers are special materials for the plane jump seat belt. Through softening treayment, the bungee cord become comfortable, breathable, cool, safe and healthy. What's more, it is strong and durable, so you will no longer face the sedentary situation. This High Back Bungee Executive Chair not only allows you to relax yourself at ease, but also bring you the visual impact.
The elongation rate of the bungee cord loops is 400%, and recovery rate is 100%. This kind of bungee folding chair holds up to 150KG. The bungee cord can normally be used for 6-8 years, and not easy to loose and break. Hit and cold retardant: -40degreet to +60 degree.
There are 3 styles of the bungee cord, widest, flat and round. The surface is made of textile materials, and the inner consists of 180 small rubber cords. You can choose different kins of colourful bungee cord to match the chiar as you like.

3. Orientation Button: Consist of PVC and synthetic fiber. Treat with cold and hot resistant. 90-degree bend flexibility.

4. Screw: Treat with cold and heat hardened processing, and then bake varnish by computer programme.

5. Gas Spring: It can withstand 150KG presure. Tested by ISO and certificated by BIFMA and SGS.

6. Chassis: Through 120000 times before and after dumping stress test.

7. Base: Nylon feet /chrome feet(equipt with 5 castors) hold up to 150KG.
