Due to the energy saver, best brightness and higher power LEDs was applied on very field, as general illumination backlight for LCD and automotive light. In encapsulation , epoxy resin can not stand heat cycle on applications. A new product Silicone rubber/Gel has heat and weather resistant, could be applied on electric circles and LEDs used, specially for high power lighting use.
