Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony stimulating Factor Injection(G-CSF), Hematopotic Drug for blood system
Pharmacology
rhG-CSF is produced by gene recombination technique. Comparing with nature product, its biologic activity in vivo is in accord with that in vitro. As one of major cell factors regulating the haematogenous function of granulocyte system in marrow, rhG-CSF has selective effect on haematogenous progenitor cell of granulocyte system and promotes its proliferation、differentiation and enhances the function of undifferentiated cell in granulocyte system.
Indications
1.Enhance the increase of neutrophilic granulocyte count after bone marrow transplantation.
2.Neutrophilic granulocytopenia reduced by chemotherapy of cancers including malignant lymphoma、small-cell carcinoma of the lung、embryonic cell tumor(spermary tumor、ovary tumor ect.) 、neuroblastoma and so on.
3.Neutrophilic granulocytopenia concomitant with myelodysplastic syndrome
4.Neutrophilic granulocytopenia concomitant with aplastic anemia.
5.Congenital and spontaneous neutrophilic granulocytopenia
