  Dear Sirs,

FOIL MATERIAL:
Soft, fully annealed Aluminium alloy AA-8011 conforming to Aluminium Association specification. The foil will be one side bright and the other side matt.

0.038 mm +/-0.00304 mm

1- 38 microns Aluminium foil, one side is coated with a heat seal lacquer (without printing) which will be used as lidding foil for water cups made of PET.
Tub Material Sealant Layer Coating GSM/Film Thickness
PET Lacquer 6-8 +/- 1GSM

2- 38 microns Aluminium foil, one side is laminated with PE film (without printing) which will be used as lidding foil for drink made of yogurt cups made of PET.

PE Film 125-150 +/- 15% Gauge

CORE : Material : Card Board
CORE I.D. : 76 mm +/- 0.5mm
REEL SIZE : Reels are delivered with an O.D. of 700 +/- 10

REEL WEIGHT: 15-16 Kgs.
IDENTIFICATION: Each reel is identified with a ticket having reel number, specification, operator number and manufacturing date.
PACKING: Packed in cardboard carton. For export, the reels are packed in wooden crate/box. Relevant markings are provided on each outer package.
TEST CERTIFICATES: Test certificates giving the actual observed values of different parameters will accompany the supplies.
