Dalian Hanteng Machinery Co.,Ltd is located in Jiulong Village, Jiulong street, Wafangdian City,Liaoning Province, covering 130,000 square meters, of which the floor area takes up 13,000 square meters. Our company is rebuilt based on the former Dalian xingyu Casting Co.,Ltd on Mar 19th, 2015. We have increased our fixed asset from the original 20 million yuan to 50 million yuan. Now we have a general manager, a vice-general manager and eight functional departments including the Production Dept,Technical Quality Dept,Purchasing Dept, Finance Dept, Administration Dept, Research and Development Dept, Sales Dept and Export Dept. We have added our staffs from 25 to 80 persons including engineers, field technicians, a physical &chemical inspection personnel and an equipment maintenance personnel , 90% of our employees have more than 10 years of experience in their related posts.
Our company mainly produce resin sand casting products and our annual output is 10,000 - 12,000 tons. We can produce different materials of the products ,such as gray cast iron, alloy cast iron and ductile iron . We have rich experience in producing Pump Body, Valve Body, Gearbox Engine Base, Motor Housing and other complex products .
We own strong technical force which is able to produce large castings .We have kinds of producing equipment including Resin Molding Lines, Shakeout Machines, Shot blasting Machines, Vibrating Tables, Cranes and Electric Furnaces. At the same time, we have modern inspection instruments, such as a Microcomputer Screen Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine,a Brinell Hardness Tester , a Stokehold Rapid Analyzer, an Optical Emission Spectrometer, an UT Ultrasonic, a Metallurgical Microscopy and other modern Testing Equipment.
Since 2013, we passed the ISO9001:2008 and the ISO9001:2015 in 2015 and in 2017 respectively. We successfully passed the exam of our important customers such as SIEMENS,HITACHI,DAGONG,GROB and TOSHIBA, and become their excellent suppliers . |
