Shanghai Rise-al Metal Composite Material Co., Ltd is a branch of Shanghai Zhenxing Group. And it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in producing Aluminum Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube. We invest USD15 million to import advanced production equipments and research and develop independently to master the unique technology. Now, Shanghai Rise-al Metal Composite Material Co., Ltd is the biggest micro-multiport tube manufacture in China.
Now we have two 1,800 ton, one 3,600 ton and one 800 ton hot extrusion lines. There are 14 zinc coated lines(26 lines planed), 1 flux coated line (6 lines 26 lines planed) and 5 imported PFC tube cutting machines(20 PFC tube cutting machines 26 lines planed). The fully-enclosed workshop covers an area of 20,000 square meters and the annual output can reach 15,000 tons.
Rise-al has the unique aluminum micro-multiport tube research and development center in China and we can provide qualified samples within 10 days.
Rise-al controls the whole process according to ISO/TS 16949 system. |
