A2 (grade) Fire Resistant Aluminum Composite Panel(hereinafter referred to as A2ACP) is an advanced noninflammable wall decorative material, using noncombustible inorganic material as core, and surface is alloy aluminum which is protected by the PVDF coat, which realizes excellent integration through advanced technology. So it's a new generation of wall-decorative material which has characteristics of fashionable appearance, superior performance and convenient construction.
We have successfully developed A2ACP and each performance has passed the tests of National Center for Building Quality Supervision, reached the national standard of <Aluminum Composite Panel for building curtain wall > and also passed the test of National Fireproof Building Materials Center(NFTC), come up to the standard of < Burning performance classification of construction material and product > We also have got BS Standard 476 part6 and 7.
A2ACP rectify the disadvantage of common ACP in fire-resistance grade and environment protection, at the same time it also holds all advantages of ACP.
For the common ACP, its plastic core material is inflammable polyethylene which is easier burned when catch fire. Even for the current B1 grade fire resistant ACP is only improve its combustion point. When the temperature reaches the point, it will still be burned and then cause accident. Kazakhstan prohibited using ACP since 2009.South Korea and Russia are also published demand for FR ACP one after another. In domestic market, users begin to suspect ACP because frequently fire accidents caused by the common ACP which has low degree for fire proof. All of these prove that the common ACP needs a huge improvement on fire resistant.
