Titan Plastics Compounds Co., Ltd was founded on August, 2005 by a team who has more than 15 years working experience and enthusiasm in Taiwan’s Plastics field. We are customer-oriented company in providing specialty, high value-added compounding services and solutions to thermoplastics users. When customer works with us, Titan Plastics Provide all-around services including – material development, product design, molding technology and assurance test etc. we perform as trusted partner for our customers by the processes of communication, consideration and cooperation.
As company name, we provide varieties of plastics compounds to thermoplastics users. In POM and PA- compounds, we have strong engineering capabilities and expertise with following grades , Titan POM trade name “TITACON”, Titan PA trade name” TITALON” :
【1】Glass fiber reinforced grades: high strength, high stiffness, dimensional accuracy
【2】Glass beads filled grades：high stiffness, dimensional accuracy, lower warpage & shrinkage, anti-abrasion。
【3】Mineral filled grade( Talc, mica, calcium)：high stiffness, dimensional accuracy, lower warpage, good surface 。
【4】Conductive grades : anti-static, static dissipative, conductive。
【5】Carbon Fiber reinforced ：high strength, high stiffness, conductive, wear resistance。
【6】Molybdenum Disulfide, PTFE, Silicone, UHW-PE, Aramid fiber, wisker：wear resistance, low friction。
【7】Special Polymer, chemical lubricant: wear resistance, low noise, high sliding。
【8】UV/Light Stabilizers grades：Weather resistance, anti-UV。
【9】Elastomer alloys: Flexible, low temperature impact, noise reduce 。
【10】Nano-composites : high stiffness, HDT improved, low warp, good surface。
【11】Master-batch, customer-made。
•POM (acetal or polyacetal) - the most notable being low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, high modulus, and resistance to many solvents among engineering plastics. POM products are very versatile and, as a result, are used in a wide array of applications across many industries, such as transportation parts, Industrial products, Appliance components, Information technology products, Consumer products.
•PA (polyamide or Nylon) - the most wide use engineering plastics with excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and balance mechanical properties. Polyamide can be divided into PA12, PA6, PA66, PA46, high temperature nylon and amorphous nylon. The properties of Polyamide can be improved by the compounding process to elevate the performance of applications. |
