Our processing plant has sanitary authorization Nº PO91-TAL-ILLA.
PESCAMAX S.A. C., our craft shipyard is located aside our processing plant, there we built our Fiberglas fishing vessels. Now a days seven multipurpose units are used to catch conger eel. Another four fiberglass fishing vessels are used for cephalopods catch and, one for Peruvian Sardine (Anchovy). We guarantee the products supplying and the traceability of our products.
We can offer you frozen Conger eel (Ophichthus ssp) fillets; Peruvian Sardine (Engraulis ringens) whole round; Squid (Loligo gahi) whole round; Giant squid Pota (Dosidicus gigas) Fillets membrane less/on, Laminated Fillet, Treated Fillets, Boiled Fillets (wet daruma), Strips, Shreds, Sticks, Rings, Grinded meat (mince), etc.
