Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd is the largest subsidiary company of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Corporation (JISG).
JISG is one of the top-ten steel enterprises in China. Last year, its comprehensive power has been the sixth in China and first in Shandong province. It’s a multi-national joint venture enterprise which involving in industry, trade, scientific research, development and service in different parts of the country and different countries of the world.
Shandong Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd produces both pig iron and ductile iron pipes. Through the constant development and accumulation, the company fix asset has reached to 1 billion yuan. At present, we have five blast furnaces, three of them are 128m3 , and others are 350m3, the annual throughput of pig iron is 1.5million tons; We imported the advanced Water-cooled Centrifugal Casting Process and equipment in 1989 and began to produce ductile iron pipes in 1990. We are the first one that produces centrifugal casting ductile iron pipes according to ISO2531 and EN545 in China. There are 6 centrifugal casting machines and three finish lines for DN80—1200mm, which can produce 200 thousand tons per year covering 17 sizes. |
