Dear Sir,

We would like to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of Jewellery boxes in India.

We are looking for the following

1) Glue Sticks

Hot Melt Glue sticks of 12 mm dia suitable for 60 watts glue gun.

2) Hot Melt Glue Applicator / Dispenser

At present, in our unit, 31 workers are using Hand-Held 60 watts Glue guns of 12 mm dia. We want to stop using these
glue guns and hence looking for Glue Applicator / Dispenser.

Such applicator / dispenser should have minimum 4 Hoses (outlets) , so that 4 workers can use one machine at a time.
If price is economical and product is good, we shall replace all the glue guns with these Glue Applicator / Dispenser.

3) Box making machine

Presently, we are making various types of Jewellery boxes (Jewellery packing boxes AND NOT JEWELLERY STORAGE boxes). These are basically Plastic boxes with Metal Hinges and wrapped with various types of Coated Paper.

With a view to make the manufacturing process automated, we are planning to use all the possible machines , so that the dependency on Man-Power (Labour) will be less.

The Sizes of the boxes are ranging from

Smallest in Length and Width

40 mm Length X 40 mm Width and Height 19 mm of Base / 22 mm Top Lid

Biggest in Length and Width

380 mm Length X 210 mm Width and Height 20 mm of Base / 20 mm Top Lid

Biggest in Height

260 mm Length X 220 mm Width and Height of 51 mm Base and 17 mm Top Lid.

However, our first priority is to get the following machine

Paper Pasting Machine : This machine should paste various types of coated paper on the Plastic Boxes, which are already fitted with Metal Hinges. It can be automatic or semi-automatic. Such paper is to be pasted (tight wrapping) to both top lid and the base by joining the top lid with the base.

Apart from these machines, if you can offer something else also for jewellery box manufacturing industry, we are interested.

For your kind information, lots of industries in Thailand , China and Hongkong are making jewellery boxes using VARIOUS CHINA / TAIWAN / THAILAND MACHINES.

In case if you can not offer everything, kindly suggest any other consultant / agent / manufacturer known to you to enable us to proceed further.
