AEGEAN REGION CHAMBER OF INDUSTRY ( E.B.S.O.)
The first Economic Congress which was established in Izmır , 1923 ınfluenced the whole country.
The İzmir industrial Union formed by the powerful manufacturers of the Aegean Region, met in 1927 in İzmir upon the demand of the manufacturers in İzmir and proved that the power of solve economic difficulties results from unity.
This Union's activities were interrupted due to difficult economic conditions and 2 nd World War.Became The İzmir İndustrial Association is established in 1951 and was rename The Aegean Region Chamber of Industry in 1954.
Today , The Association's activities continue in İzmir , Aydın and Muğla .
Our Chamber is only Regional Chamber in Turkey.
EBSO includes almost 6048 companies in 51 different sectors .Join Stock %29, limited %56 , unincorparated %11, unlimited %2 and limited,partnership,public firms , the others make up %2 of our membership.

To perform research aimed at industry and to obtain statistical information
To accumulate information ,news and documents and to inform members.
To prepare the necessary capacity reports and various documents based on expertise
To determine loss and damages ,prepare research reports , approve the various legal forms and documents for exporters.
To support and provide technical education for business enterprises and to obtain EBSO and company scholarships for needy students.
To organize industrial exhibits.
To work for the establishment of new assembled industrial regions.
To coordinate with international Chamber Assemblies and Associations
To establish industrial information and internet organizations.
To cover the common needs of members and to facilitate professional activities.
To include joint ventures which are useful for improvement of industry like E.U Business Center , Innovatıon Business Center e.t.c.
To strengthen professionaş discipline , ethics and cooperatıon in order to obatin honesty and confidence in the relations of the members with each other and with public. |
