3. Small hole: 0.008”/ at 0.062” PCB thickness.
4. Board Thickness : 0.008” (0.2mm) -0.197” (5.0mm)
5. Max Board size : 24” x 22” ( 610mm x 558.8mm)
6. Max copper thickness: 5OZ
7. Min inner layer thickness: 3mil (0.1mm)
8. Controlled Impedance: 50 OHM +/- 10%
9. Blind, Buried Hole & BGA Design.
