Computerized systems provide more power ful features with 15" color monitor it display all the information the film plant operator needs to adjust the die for test Profile accuracy and monitors the plant stability during production.

Suitable for rotating die or reversing NIP to install, with the input of sensors signal computer can get the bubble profile with die bolt position and display in X-Y axis or polar plot.

Non contact air Cushion head is good for sticky and delicate film. If linked to a Gravimetric hopper giving kg/hr, and fitted with linespeed control option, it gives autamatic calibration from start up, shortens start-up time and controls gauge with precision from the start of the frit production reel.
